This lovely organic chunky tweed yarn from BC Garn is perfect for snuggly garments and accessories. It is soft and bouncy and comes in beautifully saturated colours with great contrasting neps. We're so pleased with this updated organic version of the Hamelton Tweed yarn!
This yarn has a bit of drape to it. Gauge will depend on your project at the sort of result you want from the fabric but this yarn works beautifully at a standard chunky weight gauge.
I've designed a simple cowl and mitts in this yarn if you are after something quick and easy to make.
Suggested needle size: 6-8 mm
Suggested gauge: 12-14st over 10 cm
Fibre Contetn: 90% wool/10% viscose
Meterage: A 50g ball = 60m
Handwash only.

The wool is from mulesing-free flocks in South America, spun and dyed in Turkey.
