BEGINNER’S CROCHET WORKSHOP: Granny Squares (materials included)
Come and learn how to crochet a granny square with Janet Friel to get you started on your crochet journey. Yarn and a crochet hook to keep are included.
This class is suitable for total beginners and people wanting to refresh rusty crochet skills.
You will learn:
How to make a crochet chain
How to join your work in the round
How to make the treble crochet stitch
How to work a granny square
How to join new colours
How to finish your work.
Tea, coffee, cake/biscuits and plenty of encouragement also provided.
Skills required: None
Materials included: KnitPro "Waves" crochet hook and two colours of DK weight yarn included on the day. Extra balls of yarn can be purchased at the end if you want to make more granny squares at home!

We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations with less than 2 week's notice. This is in order to give us a chance to fill the space. If you cancel at less than 2 week's notice and we are able to fill your space, we can offer you a transfer to the next available course date.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course due to illness or such like, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and either refund you or transfer you to the next available course date, depending on your preference.
